Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who we are

OverHeard is a demand-intelligence web app operated by Pixlr Pte. Ltd. ("Pixlr", "we", "us"), the same company that owns Pixlr. Our registered address is 36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how our subscriptions are billed, how you can cancel, and when refunds may be available. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Plans and subscriptions

OverHeard offers the following plans:

PlanPriceBilling
FreeUS$0Free forever, no payment card required
ProUS$39 / monthAuto-renewing monthly subscription
AgencyUS$149 / monthAuto-renewing monthly subscription

Paid plans unlock features such as real keyword search-volume and difficulty data, AI-generated content drafts, saved-search monitoring, exports, and public share links. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

Auto-renewal. Pro and Agency are recurring monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically at the start of each billing period and will continue to renew, charging the payment method on file, until you cancel. Billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card and payment details are handled solely by Stripe and are never stored on OverHeard's servers. We retain only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Go to My account → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal, and cancel your subscription there.

When you cancel:

4. Refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, payments for OverHeard subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not refund unused time within a billing period. Because access is delivered immediately and on an ongoing basis, charges already made are generally final.

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in limited circumstances — for example, an accidental duplicate charge, or an extended failure of the service that materially prevented you from using a paid feature. If you believe one of these applies to you, contact us at info@pixlr.com and describe what happened. A discretionary refund in one case does not create any obligation to provide a refund in any other case.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Those rights take precedence over anything stated here.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Please note that this right can be lost where the digital service begins, at your express request and with your acknowledgement, before the 14-day period ends. When you upgrade to a paid plan, paid features begin immediately, and by upgrading you ask us to start the service right away and accept that you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Where a statutory withdrawal right still applies, it overrides the non-refund position in Section 4.

6. Free plan

The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment card. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund on the Free plan. You can stop using it, or close your account, at any time.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices or the features included in a plan. If a change affects the price you pay on renewal, we will give you reasonable notice before that change takes effect, so that you can decide whether to continue or cancel before your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

8. Chargebacks

If you see a charge you do not recognise or believe is incorrect, please contact us first at info@pixlr.com before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve billing questions faster and more directly than a chargeback, including by issuing a discretionary refund where appropriate. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

9. Governing law and disputes

This policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by contacting us will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore, administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules, before a single arbitrator, conducted in English.
